Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wolftidegear.com (the “Website”) and any purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully. By using the Website you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The Website and the WolfTide brand are operated by MAGURO d.o.o., Savska cesta 41, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, VAT ID HR75560023090 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@wolftidegear.com.
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights or privacy of others, and you must not use the Website to distribute unsolicited advertising. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. Access may occasionally be interrupted or temporarily unavailable, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You may view, download and print content for your own personal or internal business use only. Any other copying, distribution, republishing, modification or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Products, trade and ordering
WolfTide supplies fishing accessories, sourced factory-direct, primarily to trade and business customers. To place a wholesale order or request a quote, contact us at info@wolftidegear.com. An online ordering system is being introduced; once it is live, the ordering, payment and delivery terms presented at checkout will apply in addition to these terms.
Prices are shown in euro (EUR). Prices include VAT where applicable. For cross-border business-to-business sales within the EU, VAT may not be charged where the buyer provides a valid VAT identification number (reverse-charge mechanism). Each price is set per product; while we take care to display correct prices, obvious errors do not bind us, and we will inform you and offer a corrected price or cancellation before any order is fulfilled.
5. Liability
The Website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information on the Website, for any interruption in its availability, or for any loss or damage arising from its use or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where you purchase as a consumer, you have the right under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and EU law to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, notify us by an unambiguous statement (for example by email to info@wolftidegear.com) before the deadline expires. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us; you bear the direct cost of return. We will refund payments received once the goods are returned, in line with the law. The right of withdrawal is excluded by law in certain cases (for example sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed).
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied, you may submit a written complaint to info@wolftidegear.com. Please include your order number and contact details so we can identify your order. We will confirm receipt without delay and respond within the legal deadline (15 days from receipt of the complaint). If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, the courts in Zagreb have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order. Please review this page periodically.
